Meeting Description :

The 2017 Conference of the Linguistic Society of New Zealand will be held 23-24 November in Auckland, NZ. The theme for this year’s conference is ’’Dependencies, Local and Long-Distance’’, though all topics in linguistics are welcome.

2nd Call for Papers :

Deadline Extended to 26 August, 2017

Abstracts for presentations on research related to the topic of linguistics as broadly construed, and in particular, relating to the conference theme, are welcome. We encourage contributors to interpret the theme of “dependency” in any way appropriate.

Abstracts can be submitted for either oral presentations or poster presentations. Oral presentations will be 20 minutes followed by 10 minutes for questions/discussion.

Abstracts should be no more than 350 words (excluding references). Please submit either pdf or Word files through the EasyChair website :
