We are pleased to announce the program of the "Meaning, Optimization and Interaction" (MOI) workshop, which will take place on *Friday, September 9th, 2016* in the Olympe de Gouges building (room *311*) on the campus of the Université Paris Diderot, in the 13th district of Paris.
